You may be asked to leave the property if the following rules are not followed:
Check-in/out:
- Check-in 1:00 PM, Check-out 11:00 AM
Noise Restrictions:
- Play music inside the villa after 10 PM at low volume with windows and doors closed
- Lower the volume immediately if the manager requests due to neighbor complaints
- Pool use prohibited after 8 PM to avoid disturbing neighbors
🏊 Swimming Pool Rules:
- Pool Timing: 8 AM to 8 PM (Due to noise restrictions)
- No jumping or diving
- No smoking, drinking, or eating in pool
- No stunts
- Don’t damage pool filter
- No garbage in pool
- No sharp objects (may damage lining)
🐾 Pet Policy:
- Pets not allowed.
🚬 Smoking & Alcohol:
- Allowed inside property compound but not in pool
- Smoke in designated area at back, outside villa or in living room (not bedrooms)
- Dispose ash, cigarette butts, and bottles in dustbins
- Creating mess, causing damage, or disrespecting staff/neighbors will not be tolerated
🎉 Parties:
- No parties or events allowed (residential area)
- We cater mainly to families. If you’re looking to party hard, please book an isolated place instead.
💔 Damages:
- Please treat property as your own
- Report any damages immediately
- Minimum Rs. 2,500/- fine or repair cost (whichever higher)

🔒 Security:
- Close doors/windows when out
- Don’t leave valuables unattended
- CCTV cameras installed outside for safety
- Report suspicious activity immediately
Standard/Moderate Cancellation Policy:
- In case a Guest has booked online on the website he/ she is entitled to a full refund if he/she cancels the confirmed booking up to 15 days before the Date of Check-In (before 2 PM)
- Any bookings made on public holidays, weekends, festival dates, the cancellation period will be 30 days
- If the Guest cancels within 15 days of the Date of Check-In, he/she is entitled to no refund.
- If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/she is entitled to no refund whatsoever.
