Vandana Villa is a whole six-bedroom villa with a private pool, 5,000 sq ft of lawns and living space that is yours and your family alone, two kilometres from Revdanda Beach. Made for family getaways, reunions and groups who want the whole place to themselves.
The whole villa is yours. No shared walls, no strangers, no compromises.
Six air-conditioned bedrooms, two large living halls and long verandahs wrap around a private pool and a big lawn, all behind seven-foot walls. Plenty of room for the whole family to spread out, and an onsite manager who runs it all, so the only thing you plan is when to get in the water.

Before you book
How many guests can Vandana Villa host?
Up to 30 guests across six air-conditioned bedrooms. Mattresses are provided for guests beyond twelve.
Is the whole villa ours?
Yes. The entire 5,000 sq ft property, six bedrooms, two living rooms, the pool, lawn and parking, is booked to a single group at a time, completely private behind seven-foot walls.
How does the food work?
All meals are arranged through our manager and delivered fresh. Choose a full-day package (veg, chicken, mutton or fish) or order one-time thalis and à-la-carte items on WhatsApp after booking. Outside food is not allowed.
Are parties or events allowed?
The villa is in a peaceful residential area and caters mainly to families, so parties and events aren't allowed. Music indoors after 10 PM should be low, and pool use is 8 AM to 8 PM to respect neighbours.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted. Smoking and alcohol are allowed within the compound (not in the pool or bedrooms), with a designated smoking area at the back.
Check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 1 PM, check-out by 11 AM. Our manager, Sameer Raut, assists with check-in and check-out and stays on call through your visit.
House Rules
A family villa in a quiet residential lane. A few simple rules keep it calm for your group and the neighbours.
Pool is open 8 AM to 8 PM. Music indoors stays low after 10 PM with doors and windows closed, so families nearby rest easy.
No diving, jumping or stunts, and no eating or smoking in the water. Please keep sharp objects away from the lining.
Loud parties and events are not allowed. Vandana Villa is made for family stays, reunions and friends who want the whole place to themselves.
Pets are not allowed at the property.
Allowed inside the compound, in the designated area at the back or the living room, never in the pool or bedrooms. Please use the bins.
Room for 6 to 7 cars or one mini traveller bus. Large buses are not advised on Alibag's narrow lanes.
₹1,000 per guest per night beyond 12 guests (above 5 years). Clean mattresses are provided.
Seven-foot compound walls, CCTV across common areas only (never private spaces), and an onsite manager through your stay.
Alibag is coastal, so power cuts do happen. Our inverter and generator keep the lights and fans going, but they cannot run the air conditioners, that would drain the backup fast. Please use power thoughtfully during an outage. Grid supply is beyond our control.
