You may be asked to leave the property if the following rules are not adhered to.

● Check-in and check-out:
Check-In 1:30 PM
Check-Out 11:30 AM

● Noise Restrictions:

> Music should be played inside the villa after 10 p.m. at low volume as neighbors are not to be disturbed. Ensure you are closing all windows and doors. If manager asks you to lower volume due to neighbor complaints, you must do so.
> Pool use is prohibited after 8 p.m. as it may disturb neighbors.

● Parking:
> Parking for 6-7 cars, one traveler bus, available.
> Please don’t get a large bus, as the loads in Alibag are narrow.
> Please ensure you don’t damage the property while driving in or out.

● BBQ:
> Available on demand at a set up charge of Rs. 500/- to be paid to the caretaker.
> Only to be used in the designated space at the back side of the property.

● Extra Guests:
> Rs. 500/- per guest per night beyond 18 guests above 5 years of age.
> The villa has 6 self-contained bedrooms, 6 double beds, 6 sofa beds, 2 single beds and 2 living rooms. Extra guests will be provided mattresses.

● Pet Policy:
> Pets Not Allowed

● Smoking & Alcohol:
Smoking and drinking are allowed inside the property compound but not inside the pool.

Please note the following rules.
> Ensure you do not create a mess at the property or nearby area
> Causing problems, damages, or disrespecting staff or neighbors after drinking will not be tolerated – you may be asked to leave immediately.
> Ideally, try to smoke in the designated smoking area at the back, outside the villa or living room & not in the bedrooms as the smell stays for a while.
> Please throw ash, cigarette buds, and alcohol bottles in the dustbins.
> Please do not smoke inside the rooms as it leaves the smell and damages the property.

● Parties and events:
The villa is located in a residential area; no parties or events are allowed at the property.

We mainly cater to families; if you’re coming with friends or teenagers looking to party hard – we recommend you book an isolated place on the outskirts. We are not the right fit for you.

● Visitors:
Visitors beyond the number of guests mentioned when booking are not allowed inside the gated community.

● Ensuring Security:
To ensure security – please close the doors and windows when you go out or are not awake.
Don’t leave your valuables unattended.

We have set up CCTV cameras outside the property to ensure safety.
Please report any suspicious activity to us immediately.

● Damages:
We expect guests to take care of the property as their own. However, we have had experiences where guests didn’t do so.

Guests are responsible for any damages caused by them or their guests.
Any damages to the property must be reported to us immediately.

In case of any damages, a minimum fine of Rs. 2,500/- or the amount required for repairs, whichever is higher, will be levied.

● Drugs & Illegal Activities:
> Strict legal action will be taken if you break the following rules.
> Buying, Selling, Carrying, Using, or Consuming drugs is strictly prohibited.
> All activities recognized as illegal by the Indian Legal System are strictly prohibited.

● Swimming Pool Rules
> No jumping or diving is allowed.
> No smoking, drinking or eating in the pool.
> No stunts allowed in the pool.
> Please don’t damage the pool’s filter or try to blog the Filter.
> Please don’t throw garbage in the pool.
> Sharp objects not allowed in the pool as it may damage the lining
