The whole villa is yours. No shared walls, no strangers.
Six air-conditioned bedrooms, two large living halls and long verandahs wrap around a private pool and a turf lawn, all behind seven-foot walls.
There is an open terrace ringed by palms, an onsite manager through your stay, and homely Marathi meals you can order ahead. Revdanda Beach is two kilometres away.

How many guests can Vandana Villa host?
Up to 30 guests across six air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom. The base rate covers 12 guests; each guest beyond twelve (above 5 years) is ₹1,000 a night, and mattresses are provided for them.
Is the whole villa ours?
Yes. The entire 5,000 sq ft property, six bedrooms, two living halls, the pool, the lawn and the parking, is booked to a single group at a time, private behind seven-foot walls.
How does the food work?
Meals are arranged through our manager and delivered fresh. Choose a full-day package (veg, chicken, fish, or fish and chicken) or order one-time thalis and à la carte items on WhatsApp after booking. Please pre-order at least a day ahead; our staff cannot cook with ingredients guests bring.
Can we celebrate a birthday or an anniversary?
Yes, celebrations are possible with prior approval, so tell us when you book. The villa is in a quiet residential lane, so no loud music late at night and nothing that disturbs the neighbours.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed at the villa.
Can we smoke or drink at the villa?
Yes, within the compound: in the designated area at the back, never in the pool or the bedrooms.
What are the check‑in and check‑out times?
Check-in is from 1:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Our onsite manager helps with both and stays on call through your stay.
Is there a power backup?
Yes. Alibag is coastal, so power cuts do happen. An inverter and a generator keep the lights and fans going, but they cannot run the air conditioners.
How do we get to Vandana Villa?
By road it is about 2 to 3 hours from Mumbai and around 3 hours from Pune. You can also take a ferry from Mumbai to Mandwa Jetty, then drive about 45 minutes to the villa.

Keep music low late at night, with doors and windows closed, so families nearby rest easy.
- In the pool
No diving, jumping or stunts, and no eating or smoking in the water. Please keep sharp objects away from the lining.
- A family-first villa
Vandana Villa is made for family stays, reunions and friends who want the whole place to themselves. Celebrations are possible with prior approval, but loud music late at night and anything that disturbs the neighbours are not.
- Pets
Pets are not allowed at the property.
- Smoking and alcohol
Allowed within the compound, in the designated area at the back, never in the pool or bedrooms. Please use the bins.
- Parking
Free parking inside the gate. Large buses are not advised on Alibag’s narrow lanes.
- Extra guests
₹1,000 per guest per night beyond 12 guests (above 5 years), up to 30. Clean mattresses are provided.
- Power and backup
Alibag is coastal, so power cuts do happen. The inverter and generator keep the lights and fans going, but they cannot run the air conditioners. Grid supply is beyond our control.
